You also agree that we are solely providing information regarding Suppliers and their Services, and you are not contracting directly with us for the provision of such Services;
We do not represent or act as the agent for any specific energy supplier in connection with the Service or in connection with the supply of energy. Whilst we may have commercial relationships with energy suppliers, in providing the Service we act independently using our own judgment to select energy suppliers and the best deals for our clients.
You can terminate your use of the Service at any time by giving us notice through the contact details available on our website. If you proceed to switch energy supplier on your own, outside the Service, after initially contacting us, we can and may take action – please read the Terms and Conditions carefully.
You are responsible for transmitting all payments due to any Supplier on the terms agreed with the relevant Supplier for its Services or otherwise, and we shall have no responsibility for the transmission of payments to any Supplier.
Our service is primarily in three parts;
We help you get the best deal for you and your family’s lifestyle. Once we have signed you up the second part of our services comes into play.
If you are having a problem with your contract, feel free to contact us and we will do all we can to help. Should problems arise outside of your contract; for example, with connectivity or you are unable to meet the payments for your bill; you must contact your supplier yourself. It is also true that all other aspects of your contract with your supplier including, receiving, and checking bills, providing meter readings, or other incidents or events associated with the energy supply contract, are your sole responsibility.
Finally, we will monitor your contract and within a reasonable time period get back to you with, based on previous information, the best deal for you and your family’s lifestyle. Therefore, it is imperitive that you keep us up to date with any changes to your details.
Where a Supplier requires your bank details, you shall provide us with such details (where necessary) and we may forward such details to the relevant Supplier.
You understand that the selected supplier may run a credit check on you to ensure you are able to pay your energy bills.
